We ship jerseys and other products across India through trusted and registered domestic courier services and/or India Post. Our partners are carefully selected to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 working days from the date of payment confirmation, unless a different delivery date is agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines are subject to the courier company or India Post norms. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, JERSEBOND is not responsible for delays caused by the courier/postal service.

Shipping charges may vary depending on promotional offers, order value, location, and special arrangements. Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed before checkout.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via the email address provided during registration. We also send SMS updates to your registered mobile number.

Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified due to an error on our part. This includes:

• Shipping fees for cancelled orders after dispatch
• Return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns
• COD charges for failed deliveries
