Full refund available if cancellation is requested before your order has been packed.
Use the cancellation option on your Order Page or contact support immediately.
After Packing
No cancellations are allowed once your order has been packed, except in special cases at our discretion.

If approved for refund after packing, we will deduct:
- Packing charges (if order is packed but not shipped)
- Shipping and handling costs + packing charges (if order has been shipped)
Refund Processing
Refunds are only processed after we receive the returned shipment in our facility and verify its condition.

In special cases (to be determined at our sole discretion), we may consider requests made after packing. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve deductions for packing, shipping, and handling costs as applicable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
Important Notice:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will accept returns for such products and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly without additional charges.

- Package covers and all stickers visible
- Order number visible in video

- Wait for team review and approval
- Ship back with provided documentation
Missed Delivery & Reshipment
If you miss the delivery, reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.
If you cancel after we've processed your order, we will deduct handling, packing, and shipping costs from your refund.

Returns due to incorrect size selection may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.

- Products returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day window may not be accepted.
- Shipping charges for returns due to customer's change of mind will be borne by the customer.
